Pasta Tuna
Ingredients
250 g pasta (e.g. penne or spaghetti)
1 can of tuna in oil, drained
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
200 ml crushed tomatoes
olive oil
Step by step guide
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- While the pasta cooks, heat some olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Sauté the chopped onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
- Add the crushed tomatoes and let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Stir in the tuna and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drain the pasta and mix it with the tuna sauce.
- Optionally, top with fresh parsley or grated cheese before serving.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
