Sallad Greek

Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 100 g feta cheese, crumbled or cubed
  • 50 g black olives (e.g. Kalamata)

  • Step by step guide

    1. Place the chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and red onion in a large bowl.
    2. Add the black olives and feta cheese on top.
    3. Drizzle with olive oil.
    4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    5. Optionally, sprinkle with dried oregano.
    6. Toss everything gently to combine, or leave as is for a more rustic look.
    7. Serve fresh as a side dish or a light main course.
