Pizza Fungi

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 100 ml tomato sauce
  • 150 g fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 200 ml shredded mozzarella
  • olive oil
  • Step by step guide

    1. Preheat the oven to 225 *C.
    2. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
    4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
    5. Evenly distribute the sliced mushrooms.
    6. Optionally, sprinkle some oregano on top.
    7. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden brown.
    8. Optionally, drizzle a little olive oil over the top before serving.
